I suspect a third-party access to my account. What can I do?

If you suspect third-party access, the first step you should take is to change your password.

If your E&V Private Card is lost or stolen, or if you think your card details are being misused, you should cancel your card as soon as possible and apply for a new one.

If you are certain that your account is being misused, we recommend that you file a criminal complaint as soon as possible.
